Dis-ease, pain, excess weight, stress and anxiety, depression (among many others) reveals what is going on inside your body, they are symptoms not causes. Though your diet is only a portion of your state of health, it is important to understand what you are eating, where it comes from, and how it directly affects you.
Our experiences in life, in and of them, are neutral; they have no inherent meaning until we apply one to it. The meanings you apply, at the unconscious level, shape your behaviors, which then create the life you currently have. If you would like to permanently change what you have created, you must shift your beliefs on an energetic/cellular level rather than solely through your conscious mind.
Spiritual Self is the part of you that “knows” there is something greater than you. Often the questions of “Why am I here? Or Who Am I?” are emblematic of this area of your life.
Energy or Frequency of the Body plays a role in how we feel in this world. If we are sensitive to EMF or are Highly Sensitive/Empathic we address how to manage that in this world.
